The band trip for 2010 has been confirmed as being to New England, USA. Further details are available on our USA page.

The band is part of the Royal British Legion and comes under their Registered Charity number. However, we received no funding from the Legion or anyone else as of present. We are currently in the process of looking for sponsorship. If you or your company are interested please see our Sponsorship page.

The band is proud to announce the partnership between the Green Hackle Pipe Band and Blueridge Coaches. Blueridge will be providing the band with our minibuses for our engagements. They can be contacted on 020-8783-1285 and please mention the Green Hackle Pipe Band when you call.

The Green Hackle Pipe Band are pleased to be able to support the charity Help for Heroes. The charity was launched in 2007 and has been catapulted into the spotlight being featured on national news reports and on the front page of national press. Help for Heroes (H4H) supports wounded service men and women in the UK. They run this charity from a tin hut in Wiltshire keeping all overheads down. In their first 12 months of operation they raised over £12 million - around £1 every 2 seconds!!! Any events the band does in support for H4H will mention this on our Diary page.
